EQUINET partners with Centre for Trade Policy and Law in the GHD-Net

EQUINET is partnering with Centre for Trade Policy and Law, Carleton University, Canada which is the secretariat for the Global Health Diplomacy Network (GHD-Net). GHD-Net brings together researchers and practitioners with the common goal of improving capacity for health diplomacy. The network believes that better health negotiations can improve global health. GHD-Net uses training, research and information-sharing to ensure that all participants can be more engaged and in a position to influence the outcomes of international negotiations. It produces the Health Diplomacy Monitor

EQUINET and ECSA co-operation

EQUINET and the East, Central and Southern African Health Community (ECSA HC) Regional secretariat located in Arusha, Tanzania have co-operated in various areas of work on equity in health systems in line with in resolutions of the Regional Health Ministers meetings and with health equity goals. The ECSA HC is a regional inter-governmental health organisation formed in 1974 that fosters and promotes regional co-operation in health amongst member states. 

EQUINET combines the resources of institutions in the region with partnerships with international organisations.
