Theme: “Transforming Nursing and Midwifery in ECSA: Visions for the Future” Sub-themes • Enhancing innovation in nursing and midwifery practice and education • Facilitating nursing and midwifery continuous professional development • Strengthening nursing and midwifery Strategic Workforce Planning • Strengthening nursing and midwifery response to the current and future challenges: rights based approach to care, empowered consumers of health, advocacy, and political processes INSTRUCTIONS 1. The abstract should be between 250 - 300 words 2. The abstract should be written in English 3. Prepare the abstract in MS word 4. State whether the abstract is an Oral or Poster presentation 5. State the type of Audio Visual equipment required for the presentation 6.
